Hello, Hospitality Networkers! Here is an update on our most recent additions to the Mercy Seat community.

Teresa and Dave Hodek are doing well with new baby Sarah and big sister Sonja. As some of you may know, Dave was thinking about taking a new job up in the Duluth area. He actually did take the job, and the family is in transition. Dave is up in Duluth now, with Teresa at home alone with the two small children during the month of April. I'm sure Teresa would love to get more ready-to-eat meals that do not come out of pre-packaged cardboard containers! :-) If you can take them a meal, please contact her directly, as I will be out of town until April 10. Thank you so much for the card and Target giftcard to welcome Simon! We find ourselves running to Target every few days, it seems, so it will definitely be useful. Andy is enjoying his internship at St. Olaf, but we also miss Mercy Seat and are eager to return. Of course, we'll be excited to introduce you all to Simon when we do!
